My Headspace for Employer contract is nearly up. Can I renew online?
If your Headspace for Employer contract is set to auto-renewal, your contract will automatically continue for another annual service term. No action required! Headspace will notify you via email of your impending auto-renewal 90, 60, and 45 days prior to your renewal date.
If you do not wish to renew, you will have the option to opt-out of any of these emails.
If you have opted out of auto-renewal, Headspace will notify you via email of your upcoming renewal 90, 60, 45, and 7 days prior to your renewal date.
These emails will include a button to “Renew Now,” leading you to an online page where you can renew and pay via credit card or invoice.
