After enrolling in your organization’s Headspace for Work program, you will be prompted to invite family members to join your plan.
If you are already enrolled in Headspace for Work, please follow these steps:
- Visit https://www.headspace.com/family/manage (You may be asked to log in)
- Enter your family member’s email address and click send
Note: If your organization/employer only covers an individual Headspace for Work subscription, family members cannot create their own independent accounts under your benefit.

What if my household member already has an active Headspace subscription?
Household members will be prompted to log in to their existing Headspace account when they accept the invite. Their existing Headspace account will be merged with this new benefit from you. If your referred household member has an existing paid subscription, we will automatically remove the auto-renewal in favor of this new benefit.
My household member can't see the invitation email.
Trouble finding it? Have them check their Spam/Junk folder or search for "Headspace" in their inbox. Make sure they're using the email address associated with their Headspace account.
Can I remove a household member from my employer-sponsored Family Plan?
Yes! Please note that only Family Plan account owners are able to delete someone from the Family plan. To remove a member from your Family plan, please follow these steps:
- Visit https://www.headspace.com/family/manage
- Click the "X" button to the right of your family member's email address
Upon doing so, the family member who has been deleted will receive an email confirming this cancellation of their subscription access.
I get Headspace through my employer or partner, but it's asking me to pay upon sign up.
If you're supposed to have Headspace for free through your employer or a partner (like your health plan, a benefits program, or a membership perk) but you're being asked to start a paid subscription or free trial, it usually means your account isn't connected to your benefit yet.
