If you’re having trouble enrolling in Headspace through Cigna, first make sure you can log in to your myCigna account successfully. Cigna verifies eligibility during the enrollment process, so enrollment must start from your myCigna account.
- Go to mycigna.com.
- Sign in to your myCigna account.
- Select the Headspace tile.
- Choose Get Started.
- Follow the prompts to complete enrollment.
If you recently created your myCigna account, make sure the account setup is complete before trying to enroll in Headspace.
What if I’m seeing an eligibility error?
If you see an error saying your eligibility could not be confirmed, Cigna may not be able to verify your Headspace benefit at that time.
Please contact Cigna to confirm:
- Your myCigna account is active
- Your Cigna plan includes Headspace
- Your eligibility information is up to date
Once Cigna confirms your eligibility, return to myCigna and try enrolling again from the Headspace tile.
I’m receiving a “this email is already in use” message. What does this mean?
This usually means there is already a Headspace account associated with that email address.
Instead of creating a new account, try signing in to your existing Headspace account. Once you are signed in, go to your account or subscription settings and follow the prompts to connect your Cigna Healthcare benefit.
