If you already have a paid Headspace subscription, you may still be able to use your Cigna Healthcare benefit.
The steps depend on how your current subscription was purchased.
If you purchased your subscription directly through Headspace
If your current subscription was purchased directly through Headspace, your subscription may be updated when you complete enrollment through Cigna.
To enroll with Cigna:
- Go to mycigna.com.
- Sign in to your myCigna account.
- Select the Headspace tile.
- Choose Get Started.

Follow the prompts to connect your Cigna Healthcare benefit.
If you purchased your subscription through Apple or Google
If your subscription was purchased through Apple or Google, you may need to manage or turn off auto-renewal through Apple or Google before using your benefit.
You can manage your subscription through:
- Your Apple subscriptions settings, if you subscribed through the App Store
- Your Google Play subscriptions settings, if you subscribed through Google Play
After managing your Apple or Google subscription, return to mycigna.com and enroll through the Headspace tile.
If your account is connected to another organization
If your Headspace account is already connected to another employer, health plan, or organization, you may need help reviewing which benefit should be connected to your account.

If you have a therapy subscription
If you currently have a Headspace therapy subscription, you may still be able to enroll through Cigna. Availability and coverage may depend on your Cigna plan and eligibility.
