If your refund has been approved and processed, the time it takes to appear can depend on the payment method used.
Refund Processing Times:
PayPal
Refunds are usually received within 1–5 business days, depending on PayPal and the original funding source used for the payment.
Credit or Debit Card
Refunds typically appear within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Pending Charges
In cases where the charge may be pending, it may simply disappear from your account statement instead of posting as a separate refund transaction.
Checking Your Refund Status
If you haven't received your refund yet, please first confirm when the refund was approved or confirmed.
- If the refund was confirmed less than 10 business days ago, it may still be within the normal processing window.
- If it has been more than 10 business days since the refund was confirmed, please contact support and provide:
- Original charge date
- Charged amount
- Payment method used
- Any refund confirmation email or reference from support
