We kindly ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a late cancellation fee or result in a reduction of your covered session.
For Coaching Sessions:
If you are unable to make it to your coaching session prior to its start time, please reschedule your appointment by going to the 'Care' tab. Once there, you will see information about your upcoming appointment at the top of your screen, and you can reschedule this by tapping the blue 'Reschedule' button. If your session has already started, and you're not able to attend, please let your coach know by sending them a message.
For Clinical Sessions:
If you have access to the in-app scheduler please naviagate to the "Care" tab at the bottom of the app. From there, you can reschedule your next appointment by tapping on your therapist’s icon. Once your session is rescheduled, your appointment details will be accessible in the video tab or via the confirmation email sent.
If you do not have access to our in- app scheduler or have any troubles please contact our Member Support team through the Headspace Care app to reach a support specialist.
Urgent Requests:
If your request is urgent or within 48 hours of your appointment, please email us directly at urgent@headspace.com with your request.
