If you don’t show up or if you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, we are unable to refund the cancellation fee. This is because our clinicians are unable to schedule a new appointment with less than 48 hours' notice. However, if an emergency requires you to miss your session, please let us know, and we will review on a case-by-case basis to make refund decisions.
Additionally, we are not permitted to refund cost shares for services rendered due to regulations set forth by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and the Office of Inspector General (OIG). These regulations prohibit the refunding of cost shares as they are considered part of the payment structure outlined in payer contracts.
