To ensure that all members have access to timely care, we kindly request that you cancel any appointment with your therapist or psychiatrist at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to allocate the missed appointment time to other members in need. Please note that cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in the loss of one sponsored session credit or a fee of $125, depending on your Headspace Care sponsorship.
Repeated missed appointments may lead to dismissal from care with your provider.
