Mental health coaches are highly trained professionals who help people pursue specific mental health goals and implement tools to improve their mental health and lifestyle. Coaches can help people with a range of challenges, from stress, burnout, and everyday anxiety to those who need support through life transitions, or relationship issues.
Headspace mental health coaches are required to be nationally board certified by an accredited institution, like the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching (NBHWC), or have earned a Master’s-level degree in a psychology related-field, have over two years of relevant experience, and 200+ hours of supervised training.
