Headspace Coaching Eligibility and Enrollment
Eligibility Requirements:
Headspace Coaching is currently available only to individuals who:

Reside in the United States
-
Are 18 years or older
-
Have one of the following account types:

An individually paid Headspace subscription
-
A subscription through a paid Family Plan or Teen Plan

A Headspace account without a current subscription
-
Who Is Not Eligible at This Time:
Unfortunately, the following member types are not currently eligible to enroll in Headspace Coaching:

Members with access to Headspace through a healthcare provider or employer
-
Members in a free trial or on a free subscription
-
Members outside the United States
-
Students or Teen Plan subscribers under 18 years of age
How to Enroll:

If you do not currently have a Headspace membership:
Visit headspace.com/coaching and click the “Get Started” button. -
If you already have a Headspace subscription:
Open the Headspace app and tap on the “Care” tab.
You’ll be asked to complete a short questionnaire to help determine if Coaching is a good fit for you. If eligible, you'll then be directed to complete payment at checkout to activate your Coaching subscription.
Need Help or Still Can’t See the Care Tab?
If you meet the eligibility criteria but don’t see the Care tab in your app:

Try reinstalling the Headspace app to ensure you're on the most recent version.
