Controlling sessions/Chaning Audio Source:
One of features of the new Apple Watch experience, is being able to control sessions being played from your phone!
When you are listening to a session on your phone, you will notice a little orange dot on your Apple Watch.
Tapping that will pop up a a few options. The first are the player controls, which will allow you to Pause and Go back/Forward 15 seconds. Swiping to the left will let you change time and speaker (if applicable), while swipping to the right will provide the option to Restart the session or simply close the player.
You are also able to change the source of the audio, by clicking the little Phone symbol in the bottom left. This will allow you to play audio from a bluetooth speaker or headphones.
