What is Headspace Jr?
Headspace Jr. is a dedicated space for children ages 3–9, built right into your Headspace app. It helps kids calm their bodies, understand their feelings, and settle into healthy bedtime routines.
Kids explore a playful illustrated world, visiting themed locations and choosing age-appropriate content. Once they’ve picked something, the screen can be set aside. They can keep listening while lying in bed, riding in the car, or winding down after school.
Headspace Jr is designed with children’s privacy in mind and is COPPA-compliant. It’s included with every Headspace subscription at no extra cost.

Does Headspace Jr cost extra?
Headspace Kids is included in all existing Headspace subscriptions at no additional cost.
How do I set up up a profile for my kid?
Give your child their own space on Headspace. Add their first name and birth month and year, then create a 4-digit PIN. You’ll use this PIN to switch between your profile and theirs, so only you can move back to the adult experience.
Once your child’s profile is ready, you’ll land on Parental Controls, where you can review and adjust their settings before they start exploring.
What content is available to my child?
Everything is chosen and fully audited by our team. They will only have access to any kid friendly content
Can my kid access Ebb?
No, while in the Jr. profile, Ebb is not accessible.
Will my child be able to access my profile?
No. When setting up their profile, you will be prompted to create a 4 digit PIN. This will be used anytime to exit the Jr. profile.
