Starting early June, we will begin rolling out an updated Today Tab. This refresh is based on feedback from our members, giving you new and familiar ways to enjoy all your favorite content!
Your Essentials
This updated view gives you a clear, simple guide through your day, bringing back the popular "Checklist" style missed by many. You'll find Today's Meditation, The Wake Up, and a 1-minute breathing exercise all in one place and ready to tap through. In the evenings (from around 6–7 PM local time), these shift to wind-down content: a sleep meditation, music, and a sleepcast to help you settle in. Connected Apple Health? You'll also see content tailored to your sleep score.
Talk things out with Ebb
There's now a dedicated spot to start a conversation with Ebb, just below your daily essentials. You'll see a couple of prompts to get you going, like "Evening check-in" or "Something's on my mind", so it's easy to jump in whenever you need it. Ebb is of course still accessible from the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen!
More content picked for you
Picked With You in Mind is still there, where you'll find talilored suggestions ranging from sessions, podcasts and more. Surrounding it is a Top 20 list of what's resonating with members right now called "What's helping others", plus our seasonal collection to help you discover something new in our library.
Recents and Favorites, right where you left them
Your recently played and saved favourites are still front and centre, exactly as before. Tap either section to scroll through your content, or hit "See All" to browse the full list.
