To update your password, simply enter your account's email address here. Then follow the instructions from the email you receive.
If you're are still having trouble updating your password, you may have registered using 3rd party login credentials such as Facebook, Apple Sign In, or Google. Please follow the steps below to unlink your 3rd party login:
- Open the Headspace app and click on your name in the bottom right corner of the screen
- Click on the gear icon in the top right corner of the screen
- On the Settings Page, click on the "Account Details" tab
- Under the Password section, click on "Unlink" and follow the prompt
