- Your email account is locked
- You cannot edit your email address
- You no longer have access to the email address on your Headspace account
- Verification codes are being sent to an old email address
- You signed in using SSO or a social login (Google, Apple, Facebook, employer, or partner login)
The standard account recovery steps may not work. Instead, please contact Support and provide the information below so we can verify account ownership.
Information we may need
For subscriptions purchased from Headspace.com
- Charge date
- Country of purchase
- Reason for the request
- Invoice or payment screenshot
- Last 4 digits of the payment method
Please provide this information once when contacting Support.
Apple App Store purchases
If your subscription was purchased through Apple, Apple manages billing and refund decisions.
You can request a refund directly from Apple:

Google Play purchases
If your subscription was purchased through Google Play, Google manages billing, cancellations, and refund requests.
