The three Basics packs are made up of 10 sessions each:
- Sessions from Basics 1 can be set for 3, 5, or 10 minutes
- Sessions from Basics 2 can be set for 10 or 15 minutes
- Sessions from Basics 3 can be set for 10, 15, or 20 minutes
Although it's not required for you to complete all of the Basic levels before moving on to other packs, we do encourage you to complete Basics as all three levels are an introduction to mindfulness meditation and also an opportunity to get used to Andy's style of teaching.
We would therefore advise that even if you are a long-time meditator, you take the time to work through these sessions so you can get to know the Headspace way of doing things a little better.
