Cancellation steps can differ depending on where you subscribed (directly through us, Apple App Store, or Google Play).

Please review below to see the steps that apply to you:
If you purchased your subscription from directly from Headspace via our website (on your computer or mobile browser):
- Log in to your account from a desktop or mobile browser (not the mobile app) at www.headspace.com.
- Visit https://www.headspace.com/subscription/manage and click/tap on the CANCEL MEMBERSHIP link.
- If the button is not there, please send an email to help@headspace.com. We can help.
Please note: While subscriptions purchased directly through Headspace.com are non-refundable, we understand that situations can vary. If you believe there are special circumstances surrounding your purchase, please reach out to us at help@headspace.com so our team can review your case individually. You can also find more information about our refund policy in our Terms and Conditions.
If you purchased your subscription via Apple Store:
- Open the Settings app
- Tap on your name
- Tap "Subscriptions"
- Select the Headspace subscription
- Tap "Cancel Subscription" to disable it from auto-renewing at the end of the current billing cycle
Please note: If you purchase a subscription through the Apple iTunes Store or our iPhone application, the sale is final and non-refundable. Your purchase will be subject to Apple’s applicable payment policy, which also may not provide for refunds. For more information, please review our Terms and Conditions.
If you purchased your subscription via Google Play:
- Open the Google Play Store
- Tap Menu (3 small horizontal lines) and then Subscriptions
- Tap the subscription you want to cancel
- Tap Cancel subscription
- Follow the onscreen instructions

If you purchased a Headspace Mental Health Coaching subscription and would like to cancel it, please see the article listed here for instructions.
If you have been provided a free subscription from an organization, you do not need to cancel your subscription, it will automatically expire based on the date of the agreement.
