- COACHING Session: please connect with your coach in the Headspace Care app, to find a time that works best for you both.
- CLINICAL Session: reach out to Member Support team in your Headspace Care app to find a time that works for both you and your therapist or psychiatrist. Once a Member Support specialist schedules your session, you’ll be able to see and access your appointment in the video tab in the app or through the confirmation email sent.
