Clinical Appointment Cancellation Policy
If you cancel or do not attend your clinical session with less than 48 hours' notice, a late cancellation fee will apply. This includes appointments booked within the 48-hour window.
Our clinicians are unable to fill these openings on short notice, which is why the penalty is enforced. The fee will be added to your account within 3 days of the missed appointment.
If you’re facing an emergency, please let us know by emailing urgent@headspace.com — we review these situations case by case for possible fee waivers.
