Data Retention and Account Deletion
Headspace Care retains your Account Data and Personal Information for as long as necessary to provide services, fulfill the purposes for which the data was collected, or comply with legal and contractual obligations. This may include resolving disputes or enforcing our agreements, in accordance with applicable laws.
How to Delete Your Account
To delete your Headspace Care account and remove associated data, please follow these steps in the Headspace app:

Go to Account Settings

Locate the Delete Account option

Follow the guided steps to confirm your request
Important: We are unable to process deletion requests until any pending transactions are completed. If you have outstanding insurance claims, your account will be deleted once they are fully processed by your provider.
What Happens After Account Deletion?
Once your account is deleted:

You will no longer be able to access Headspace Care services

You will stop receiving communications from Headspace Care

Subject to applicable laws and record retention requirements, your identifying personal information will be removed from our records
Please note that some information may need to be retained for record-keeping, to complete prior transactions, or as otherwise required or permitted by law.
