Getting Started with Headspace Care
How to Enroll:

If you do not have a Headspace membership:
Visit www.headspace.com/online-therapy and click “Get Started.” -
If you already have a Headspace subscription:
Open the Headspace app and tap the “Care” tab.
Access Through an Employer, University, or Organization:
If your Headspace Care access is provided through your employer, university, or organization, you can use Coaching services and in-app clinical resources at no cost.

Clinical Care Costs and Insurance Coverage:

If using your medical insurance:
You may be responsible for out-of-pocket costs such as:-
In-network: Copays, deductibles, or coinsurance

Out-of-network: Full cost of care

To get the most accurate cost estimate, contact your insurance provider directly using the number on the back of your insurance card. When speaking with them, you can reference the following:

Billing Process:

In-Network Insurance:
Headspace will bill your provider directly. Claims are typically processed within 30–60 days, after which you’ll receive a summary of your cost share via our billing partner, Apero. -
Out-of-Network Insurance:
You’ll receive a Good Faith Estimate outlining your maximum out-of-pocket cost. You will be responsible for the full cost of care.
