How do I download the Headspace Care app?

To get started with Headspace Care, follow the steps below based on your device type:

📱 For iPhone or iPad (iOS):

1. Open the App Store on your device.

2. In the search bar, type Headspace Care.

3. Locate the app in the search results and tap Download or the cloud icon.

4. Once downloaded, open the app and follow the prompts to sign in or create your account.

📱 For Android phones or tablets:

1. Open the Google Play Store on your device.

2. In the search bar, type Headspace Care.

3. Tap Install next to the app in the search results.

4. After installation is complete, open the app and follow the steps to sign in or create your account.

💡 Tip: Make sure you’re downloading the correct app—look for the official Headspace Care logo and developer name: Headspace Health.
