Getting Support Between Sessions
While we encourage you to connect with your lead coach during your scheduled sessions, we understand that you may need support outside of those times. Here’s how to reach out:
Messaging Your Lead Coach
You can send a message to your lead coach anytime through the app. If you reach out outside of regular coaching hours, your coach will respond the next time they are online during those hours.
Need Immediate Coaching Support?
If your lead coach is unavailable and you need support right away, you can chat with an in-the-moment coach. Just open your app, go to the Care tab, and select “Chat with an in-the-moment coach” at the bottom of the screen.
Contacting Your Therapist or Psychiatrist
Clinicians are typically only available during scheduled sessions and are not able to provide immediate or in-the-moment support.
For non-urgent matters, you can email our Member Support team at caresupport@headspace.com, and a specialist can help relay a message to your care team.
In Case of Emergency
If you are experiencing an emergency or are thinking of harming yourself or others, please call 911, contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, or go to your nearest emergency room.
