Headspace currently offers two forms of coaching, which are text-based and video-based**.
All text-based sessions must be completed through the Headspace mobile app.
For video sessions**, you have the option of joining via your Zoom link, which you can find in your session confirmation email.
Joining a Session via the App (text and video**):
You can join your coach at the date and time shown on your appointment card, which is displayed at the top of the Care tab.
When it’s time for your session, a blue “Join Session” button will appear—just tap it to connect.
Joining a Session via Zoom (video only**):
Video sessions with your coach can be joined via the Zoom link in your confirmation email. You can search "Your video coaching session is booked" in your email inbox to quickly locate this.
Rescheduling or Canceling Your Appointment:
If the scheduled time no longer works for you, you can reschedule or cancel directly through the appointment card in the app.
Please note that Member Support cannot make changes to coaching appointments.
If you run into any issues canceling, you can:
Tap your coach’s photo.
Select “Leave a Note” and send a message letting them know the time no longer works for you.

If you need support before your session, tap “Chat with an In-the-Moment Coach” at the bottom of the Care tab.
You’ll also receive an in-app notification when your scheduled session goes live.
