If you need to cancel or reschedule a session with your assigned coach, please go to the Care tab, and utilize the options to either cancel or reschedule your session. Additionally, our coaches manage their own schedules and can assist with rescheduling, and you're welcome to leave them a note with your request should you be unable to cancel/reschedule in-app.
As a courtesy, we ask that you notify your coach at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows another member the opportunity to use that time slot.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before your session, you will not be able to reschedule that session.
If you cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours in advance, your coaching session credit will remain available for use.
