Only Family Plan account holders are able to add someone to the Family Plan
To add someone to your Family plan, please follow these steps:
- Visit https://www.headspace.com/family/manage
- Enter the email address associated with their Headspace account in one of the blank "Email address" lines
- Click the "Save" button at the bottom
Once added, they will receive an email invitation to accept. If your family member already has a free Headspace account, please make sure you are sending the invite to the email address that is associated with their existing Headspace account.
Once accepted, their email address will be added to the primary account holder’s subscription management page and the family member will have full Headspace access.
Please note that the member will not be able to accept the invitation if they are currently on an active Headspace subscription.
To add a family member with an active subscription, they will first need to disable auto-renewal for the current subscription and allow it to fully expire.
Once the subscription expires, the family member can accept an invite from the Family plan owner to activate their new subscription.
