At Headspace we currently provide individual therapy to adults over our HIPAA compliant telehealth platform. Our network includes therapists trained in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, stress management, and more, using a variety of research-supported treatment approaches like CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), and DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy).
