What is your late cancellation or no-show policy for clinical sessions?
To cancel or reschedule a clinical session, you must provide at least 48 hours’ notice before your scheduled appointment.
If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, or if you miss your appointment without notice, you may be charged a $125 fee or lose one of your covered sessions. This applies even if the appointment was booked within the 48-hour window.
Please also be sure to join your Zoom session on time. If you do not appear within 5 minutes of your scheduled start time, it will be considered a no-show, and the same fee or session loss will apply.
If you have three consecutive cancellations or no-shows, your care may be discontinued. This policy helps ensure that our care providers’ time is respected and that we can offer timely care to all members.
