Coaching Sessions
To reschedule a coaching session, please message your coach directly in the Headspace or Headspace Care app to find a time that works best for you both.
Clinical Sessions
You have two options for rescheduling a therapy or psychiatry session:

Email Member Support
Contact our Member Support team at caresupport@headspace.com. A specialist will help coordinate a new time with your therapist or psychiatrist. Once scheduled, your updated appointment will appear in the Video tab in your app and in your confirmation email. -
Use the App
You can also reschedule directly in the Headspace or Headspace Care app. For instructions, please visit: In-App Scheduler Access.
Important Reminder
Sessions canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee or the loss of a covered session. Please keep this in mind when making any changes to your schedule.
