To reschedule your coaching session, please connect with your coach in the Headspace Care app, to find a time that works best for you both.
To reschedule a clinical session, you can reach out to a representative of the Member Support team in your Headspace Care app to find a time that works for both you and your therapist or psychiatrist. Once a Member Support specialist schedules your session, you’ll be able to see and access your appointment in the video tab in the app or through the confirmation email sent.
To change your appointment, use the Video tab or contact Member Support at least 48 hours before your scheduled session.
