To access your appointment, you can either use your phone or your computer. If you want to use your phone, you can tap on the Care Tab in the app and click on the "Join Session" button to join your appointment at the exact time of your appointment. If you are using your computer to access your appointment, please click on the Zoom link in the confirmation email at the time of your session. You can click this button at the exact time of the session to connect.
During your first appointment, your clinician will describe our Measurement Based Care model of care, which helps identify major treatment goals and how to track progress along your care journey. In addition, follow-up session scheduling will be discussed to ensure that the cadence of appointments will enable you to work on completing your treatment goals as agreed upon between you and your provider.
Please allow a few moments for your clinician to connect to your first session, as many clinicians review member intake information to prepare for your first appointment together. If your clinician does not connect to your meeting within 5 minutes of your session time, please reach out to Member Support through the chat so that we can look into this for you.
