Depending on your account, you may have access to covered sessions or may be considered in-network with your insurance provider. Before we can schedule your first session, please ensure that you complete our intake form.
To schedule your first session:

Open the Headspace app and tap the "Care" tab at the bottom of the screen.

Under your Care Team, select either "Therapy" or "Psychiatry", depending on the service you’re seeking.

Choose an available time and book your appointment.
If you do not see the self-scheduling option, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app, then logging back in to ensure you're using the latest version.
