How to Contact Member Support
You can reach Member Support through the app by following these steps:

Open the app and navigate to the Care tab.

Tap the Member Support icon.

Select Care Question to submit your request.
The Member Support team will relay your request to your doctor and follow up with updates and next steps.
Urgent Medication Refill Requests
For urgent medication refill needs:

Go to the Care tab in the app.

Tap the Member Support icon.

Select Urgent Issues for immediate assistance.
Medication Refill Policy
Please note that regular appointments with your psychiatrist are required to continue receiving medication refills. If your authorization has expired, you will need to schedule a follow-up session before a refill can be issued.
