You can contact Member Support through the app by navigating to the Care Tab, selecting the "Member Support" icon, and then choosing "Care Question." The Member Support team will communicate your request to your doctor and follow up with further updates and instructions.
For urgent medication refill requests, please go to the Care Tab in the app, select the "Member Support" icon, and choose "Urgent Issues" for immediate assistance.
Please note that regular visits with your psychiatrist are required to maintain medication refills. If your authorization has expired, you will need to schedule a follow-up session with your psychiatrist.
