You can join your appointment from either your phone or your computer:
Using Your Phone:
At the time of your appointment, open the Headspace Care app and navigate to the "Care" tab to join your session.
Using Your Computer:
First, download Zoom from here. At your appointment time, go to your confirmation email and click “Start Session.” You’ll be placed in a virtual waiting room, similar to an in-person clinic, and your clinician will admit you once they’re ready and have verified your identity.
Need Assistance?
If you experience any issues being admitted from the waiting room or do not see your clinician join within 10 minutes, please contact the Member Support team by selecting 'urgent issues' within your app or email support at caresupport@headspace.com.
