To reschedule your upcoming session, please follow these steps:

Open the app.

Tap the Care tab at the bottom of your screen.

From there, you’ll have the option to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Please note:
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled session may result in a late cancellation fee or loss of a covered session, depending on your plan.
If you need to cancel or reschedule within 48 hours due to an urgent matter, please email us at urgent@headspace.com.
