Therapy Overview

Session Structure
Therapy Intake: The initial intake session lasts approximately 45-50 minutes.
Follow-up Sessions: Each subsequent session is 45 minutes long.
All therapy sessions at Headspace are conducted via video chat, allowing you to participate from the comfort of your home.
Therapy Duration and Support
Therapy typically involves 6-8 sessions, depending on your unique needs. Throughout your therapy, our coaches will be available for ongoing support and can assist in collaborating with your therapist to ensure a cohesive care experience.
