Depending on your account or employer contract, you may have access to our In-App Scheduler. This tool allows members to schedule their sessions without needing assistance from our clinical or member support teams.
To Reschedule Your Session:
Open the Headspace Care app.
Tap the Care tab at the bottom.
From there, you can cancel and reschedule your appointment.
Please note that any sessions canceled with less than 48 hours' notice may result in a penalty.
Troubleshooting:
If you do not see the self-scheduling option, we recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the app, then logging back in to ensure your app is up to date. If you continue to experience issues, please let us know.
Limited Access Accounts:
Certain accounts, such as those requiring authorizations or that use Medicaid/Medicare, may not have access to the In-App Scheduler. If you have any questions or need assistance, we encourage you to reach out to Member Support.
