Can I message my coach between sessions?
Yes. You can leave your coach a message at any time between sessions, no matter which path you're on.
Can I request a one-time video session with my text coach?
Not at this time. If you’d like video sessions, you’ll need to switch to the video coaching path with a new coach.
Can I have a scheduled text session with my video coach?
No, but you can keep your camera off during a video session and use the Zoom chat instead.
