Is video coaching confidential?
Yes. Your sessions are private and secure. Your employer cannot see anything you discuss.
Are video sessions recorded?
Only if you opt-in to it. Any recorded sessions will only be available to our Quality Assurance team to ensure we maintain quality coaching.
Will my employer know what I discuss with my coach?
No. Employers only receive anonymized, aggregated reporting. Individual session content is never shared.
What happens to my information after a session?
Coaches may write brief session notes to support your progress. These notes are kept private and secure.
