Q: How do I loop in my PCP?
A: During registration, you'll be asked if you'd like to share progress updates with your Primary Care Provider (PCP). Sharing helps your PCP understand how you're doing between visits alongside your overall health. If you choose to share, you'll enter your PCP's first name, last name, city, and state, and confirm your consent to share care updates with them and other members of your identified care team. This step is optional. You can choose "Not now" to skip it.
Q: How do I change my PCP information?
A: You can't update your PCP information yourself yet. To add, change, or remove your PCP information, email help@headspace.com and our team will make the update for you.
