Eligibility has two parts:
- Medicare check — you need to be enrolled in Traditional Medicare (not Medicare Advantage), and not already aligned with another ACCESS Participant for behavioral health (BH) services.
- Mental health screening — you'll complete a short questionnaire (PHQ-9 or GAD-7) to see if the program is a good clinical fit. You'll need a score of 10 or higher on either the PHQ-9 or GAD-7 to qualify. Some health conditions may mean the program isn't the right fit for you right now.
Q: What if I'm not eligible?
A: You'll have the option to purchase access to Headspace's standard app experience instead, so you still have a path to support.
