Q: How do I cancel my CMS ACCESS subscription?
A: You can voluntarily leave Headspace ACCESS once you've completed your first 90 days in the program. (Note: exact in-app/phone steps for requesting this still need to be confirmed with the product team.)
You may also be moved out of the program automatically if:
- You lose Traditional Medicare coverage, or
- We're unable to reach you to complete your check-in questionnaire after 3 or more outreach attempts over a 30-day period.
