Q: How do I sign up for Headspace ACCESS?
A: You can sign up through the Headspace app:
1. Download the Headspace app from the App Store or Google Play if you don't already have it.
2. Open the app and tap "Activate Benefit" on the login screen.
3. Look up your organization: CMS.
4. Create a new account, or log in and link your existing Headspace account.
From there, you'll:
1. Review and accept the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and CMS ACCESS program disclosures (including the Notice of Availability for language services).
2. Complete a Medicare eligibility check.
3. Complete the mental health screening (PHQ-9/GAD-7, plus a few exclusionary questions).
4. Give your consent to enroll.
5. Provide your PCP's information during the alignment step.
6. Once your alignment is confirmed with CMS, you're officially enrolled.
